I think I already have an account but I can't remember the details, what should I do?

If you can't remember your email address and membership number, you'll need to contact our friendly Customer Services Team. If you can remember either your membership number, or your email address, you will be able to log into buzzbingo.com with your password.

If you have forgotten your password:

• Tap Log in and then 'Forgotten your Details?'
• Select password
• You will need to enter your email address and  your date of birth
• Next it will ask you to enter your security answer (Please note, your security answer will be case sensitive).
• If these details match what we have on your account, you will have the option to create a new password. You will need to enter this twice to successfully reset this.
